Re: AMF Offshore Racing in Italy
I lived in Switzerland for 15 years, right on the Italian border, and could see Como from my bedroom window.
What a beautiful place, miss it.
My dad raced F1 for 23 years.

Re: AMF Offshore Racing in Italy
Hi Roy,
Miss ya! Did you sell the house?
Hi Tom,
Hope to see Jen and you soon.
As for why they love to the sport so much, I will have to ask them next year as the races were a few weeks back and I am back in Spain.
They racers over here are viewed as celebrities and everything is very professionally done, perhaps that explains the entourage of people and support.
More exposure and promoting the races with more advertising and providing histories and bios on US racers in the states may help.
