Marathon next weekend........

I live in Marathon and would like to comment on this website without being slammed or sarcastically told how many boats we won't have racing or how many motorcycles won't be going across the 7 mile bridge for the "burn the bridge runs" .....whatever.....

The fireworks in Marathon are always good and the list of bands at the "Bash at the Bridge" at our new amphitheatre are growing every year.
There is much more.....please go to www.keysoffshore.com for events and www.superboat.com for other info and schedule.

Our hotels are already full and our entry list is growing without having to "recruit" over this forum.
Please direct your personal negative comments in a way other than a public forum, and that will help our community have a successful event.......and we wish the same for yours.

Thanks for the support.........I'm sure you'll get pictures from someone.
We have a huge new Marathon sponsor and if anyone remembers the old Buccaneer resort on gulfside.........you should see it's replacement.
Wilma the hurricane did us good & bad............the good is all the rebuilding that's going on and the water is even blue-er.

Bottom line.........Marathon is more than a boat race...if you know what I mean.
