Frank, go bark up another tree. Why would you or any other person care how OSS is registered? You seem to want to know a lot about OSS and you have never raced a single event with OSS.
Is it time to start slamming SBI and there TV deal and boat count again. Your NY and MICH. are coming up lets talk about who is going and your business plan. Don’t take it too seriously, racers are very loyal to there (or their) organization much like sports fans are to there (or their) teams.
