Blown motor?
Frank did you blow a motor testing? I heard the Phanton blew another new one and just got a 3rd one in time for this race and Kildal blew yet another one. Is everyone blowing up the same thing or is it different problems with all of them? Seems like the Doc has the best builder with no issues yet and runs very strong. I did enjoy the SVL race and loved the action with Phantom and Sun Print. Kildal was closing in the end and finished strong as well. Congrats to you all.

Just wondering about the penalty for SMB, I know the results on the pdf file on Superboat.com still say "unofficial" There is a distinct clear infraction there, and I for one am anxious to see the enforcement.

Not to have a pissing match. All I can say is that after 16 years of racing and over 200 starts that we have NEVER blown a stock sealed merc. motor. And I don't know of anyone else that has either. I must have heard bad info on the spec SBI motors. Does my spec merc cost more up front? Hell yes!!!!!! In the end is it worth it. Hell yeah IMO only
