Geico had a guy from the days of victory team tuning the engines, if I know Harold he was trying a lot of different
Things as would any tuner would do, unfortunately it cost money and gets to be trial and error....running a motor on a dyno for a few days doesn't always guaranty success in a boat...I've heard they got some impressive numbers...Now on the the other side of It im pretty impressed with what the mercury engineers came up with in the 1650 turbo package and I'm pretty sure they know the piece a lot better..my hats off to Bob bull for sticking to the package and it's limitations.. I've raced against Bob Bull and he is always pushing parts and pieces.,I'm sure he had to refrain himself..a very intelligent racer

Ur killin me. You are right , raced so many years with 2 ,3,4 boats and no tv...in supercat / superboat....our good friend jr really helped boost our class, I remember having a long conversation with him in coaco beach in 2012 Trying to figure out how to mesh our classes together... Is all getting rerigged , glass Dave put a long hard winter of work to it, what a talented guy with touch up and repairs....hope to see u soon. Thanks for the encouragement. I know u like racing

Ps your right think we could be in the mix. Pretty easily
