What class and rules?

looking at buying a 13 foot mini cat this spring. 50 or 75 hp outboard. what class (midwest) and what are the rules for this site.

RACE BOATS
Sorry Tommy but Offshore rules have a min. lenght of 22 feet even in P class.It would have been a good race against BJ but we will never know.
