I better get credit for being the first to wash a boat.
I think the winner should hand the sponge to whoever he thinks will do the best job cleaning the boat or who ever needs to be humbled.
Oh and Sponge Bob must be there to supervise.

Nobody will forget who started it all. That "Win a free boatwash" program needs a chief executive. Ron P has the most experience.
He also demonstrated great marketing and branding skills.
He's got the job.
And "Sponge Bob" is the official mascot.
