Hey APBA, Why after 6 days the results not official. I think it's been too long to make a decesion about weather Typhoon should be penelized or DQ'ed. In the speed runs the Dog Pound was the ONLY team that couldn't find the course. Seems like they did the same thing on Saturday or is the Red Devil/Winnebego team making that up. Seems to me that they won and should have no reason to make things like that up. And what about Screaming Eagle being towed in out of gas? Sounds like a violation to me. Let's go with some official results!!

Don't start slinging mud our way, friend. If you have a complaint take it up with APBA, not on this forum. Read your APBA rulebook. Under "Tows" the rules say: "All race boats must report to the starting area under their own power. Acceptance of a tow or any such similar assistance between the wet pit and the starting line will result in disqualification from the event."
Every APBA official knew we came in under tow. Do you think they would have awarded us third place if tows back to the wet pits were illegal? They even stuck our tank in the inspection area to verify we were out of gas. And even out of gas we still made weight and no technical violations were found on our boat.
At the awards ceremony the second place trophy was the only one still in dispute. Gino was awarded his first place trophy and we were awarded our third place trophy. We don't cheat and we don't appreciate the inference. As I said, you have a complaint - pay your money and take it up with APBA.

Thanks for the support Scott. Not everyone knows the story but we were fortunate just to be there in one piece.
Private, face to face shots across our bow are welcomed and will be delt with in a friendly and professional manner. Public ambush shots are not appropriate and not appreciated, will be delt with harshly rapidcat.
