Reportedly, a fax was sent out on 9/12/03, soliciting 2004 racing memberships. The fax supposedly was sent from (727) 827-4942 Allen P Allweiss PA. According to the fax, the membership solicited are for an Offshore Racing League The rest of the form looks like APBA Offshore. The ORL logo even looks like APBA-Offshore.

I am an APBA racing member with my 2003 membership to expire shortly, and I have not received such a fax. I have called several of my friends who are racing members. None of them have received such a fax.
