Does this mean Ft. Lauderdale is off?

Aren't the very people that make their living in this field the same ones instituting these law suits? Then they would merely be victims of their own doings.

Mr. Hearn is wrong about the settlement. Mr. Brain is wrong about GM. Mr. Barrett is wrong about everything.

Believe what you want but we will see everyone in Lauderdale, St. Pete and Orange Beach for the APBA/UIM World Championships.

Mike A.
Mr. Allweiss,

What is Mr. Hearn stating that is wrong? Did you have an agreement prior to going to court today? If so, why was this agreement simply not just entered into the courts documents for finalization as would be standard operating procedure? I would think that you would like to clarify this considering the events of late. As I have stated so many times in the past when the questions I asked were frowned upon, I have NO AGENDA here and I am NOT taking any sides, however, these recent events surely question the credibility of some and no one has answered a single question of mine. I find that to be very interesting. I am no attorney, but I would think such statements made by Mr. Hearn if not correct, at least in part could be consider liable and slanderous, correct? If you would be so kind as to be more specific with regard ot your response it would surely help clear alot of things up.

Thank you in advance. I along with many eargerly await your explanation.

Shane.....waiting to be told to just shut up and race
