As you all know, last year we had a contingency program with JESEL Valvetrain, where they gave a $500.00 certificate for parts to the winner in each class, provided you ran their valve train. Well this year we decided to expand on this, to try and put more money in the racers program. We have been contacting other vendors and the response so far has been great. Since sponsorship is so difficult to find, this is an easier way to bring in extra funds. As we sign up vendors we will keep you posted. We would like to thank Todd from Revolution Marine Products, and Mat and Julie from Throttle Up Propellors, for their commitment in the upcoming season. What we will ask from our racers, is if you have a need for parts or services, that you will support the people that are supporting you. If this all goes well, the contingency fund could far exceed the purse. So getum ready Boyz, we are already hard at work to make 2004 the greatest year in offshore, the Northeast has ever seen.
