Re: who is racing f-1 in 2005 ???
I think its great to see that F-1 is attempting a come back. I sure hope you succeed. I only wish that all associations ran the same rules and specs.
I think the current APBA legal F-1 boats will still beat the SBI F-1 boats with the 496 HO. Even without a X-Box.

Re: who is racing f-1 in 2005 ???
Anyone else stepping up and racing F1 next year? Any new F2 boats coming out to play? This new class is very affordable and will be very competitive. It would be a hell of a goal to bring F1/ F2 back to what is was just a few short years ago.It was talked about last year and the new rules are now in place with the 496 HO. Both SBI and APBA have worked very hard this past year, and have been listening to what we as races have said we want now the rest is up to us.

Frank, Has the extention box been removed from SBI or added to APBA? It seems that has been the biggest diffrence with the rules.

Randy ,
I believe they are working on that right now,and we should all know soon. I guess with the Holidays we might find out at the first of the year.
