Just found out you do orthopedic surgery, thats cool one of my clients is Stryker Medical both the spine and biotech divisions. Are you excited about OP-1 yet

Mostly use Smith-Nephew goodies, allografts (cortical struts and cancellous croutons), bone stimulators etc. The trick is getting it to heal the first time with rigid fixation and not have to use any of the above...but with massive, segmental bone loss in long bone fractures, I'll try anything.
