I really don't know that and I am not sure anyone knows yet. The Corps takes over once we hit the flood pool level and they run all the lakes till we get back below flood stage. They are worried about washing Ft Smith off the map...

I'm not sure about grand but most dams will fail if the water goes over.

I still hear people *****ing about the corps from the floods in '84.

Can you imagine if Keystone dam failed???
