If anyone knows of any land for sale in the vinita area, let me know. Im looking for about 5 acres somewhere close to town, no long dirt roads.. something close to the lake too! Gonna have a little house built on it and get OUT of tulsa...

been there three or four times in the last couple of weeks lookin around, just no luck. Theres a place on the highway between vinita and monkey island that used to be a sandblasting company. Theres nothin there but a few nice outbuildings and about 7 acres. I called and they wanted 183k for it.. yowch! a bit pricey for not even having a HOUSE on it!

You might check out the land on the left hand side of the road, right before you get to Harbors view and **** Lanes, I think some of it may be for sale, thought I heard the number a while back, at that time it sounded pretty reasonable
