Default Anyone ever heard of and or used Lenox Financial?

Getting ready to finish the construction of our new home. We will be rolling the construction loan into a permanent mortgage. Currently shopping our options. Someone told me about Lenox Financial. Apparently they don't have closing costs, but they are real vague on how the process works.

For some odd reason I trust you guys to lead me in the right direction. Give me some input if you have any.

Thanks,

Buck

Most of your closing cost consist of Insurance and Taxes, your going to have closing cost one way or another. As far as the rest of it, someones going to get paid, probably by raising your rate .125 and kicking back the broker a point.

Chad, talked to him about it. He had never heard of them.

I'm with you Grand, there has to be something going down on the back end of the deal.

I can't get them to speak english to me and explain how it works. That in itself kinda pisses me off.

Let me rephrase that. He was speaking perfectly good english. He wasn't using terms that I understood. If you can't speak layman I'm out.

Shop local and use a lender that does their own under writing.

That way if or when there is a problem your not waiting on someone 1k miles away that could care less if your loan gets closed or not.

NO! I had to put my finger in the ''1" hole and rotate the dial until it touched the finger thingy.
