Alot of stuff available righ now. But you might want to give a little more info. What part of the lake do you want to be on. Where are you driving from. How big of home do you want and what kind of budget.

I'm open to area of lake. I live in Ardmore, Ok. about 4 hrs away. Would like around $300k. 3 Bedroom, 2 bath between 1600 sq ft to 2200 sq ft more or less. It's been a long time since I boated on Grand and miss it.

If you are interested in the North part of the lake (Monkey Island area), you should look at the following realtors:

Shangri La Realty:
http://www.shangrilarealty.com/
You will want to call Dwain Richardson 918-257-8484

Maxson Sales
http://www.maxsonsales.com/
You will want to call Rick Maxson 918-257-8600

Another thing that you might want to consider, is they are currently building a large gated neighborhood on Monkey Island called Cherokee Village. These are 2-3 bedroom townhouses with 2-car garages. I believe they are for lease only, but they are new and leasing between $800-$1200. There will be a large club house with pool and work out facility, all included. The only drawback is that they are not right on the lake, but they do have lake access at the marina located next to the neighborhood (Tera Miranda). I believe that Tera Miranda also currently has a limited number slips available for rent. Just an idea, if you wanted to just get your feet wet and then move into something else, when you find the right deal. Let me know if you want more information on this, as I am friends with one of the developers responsible for this project.
