Yes but on the wrong end of the lake I think. Masher's development is on the North end of the lake and I think this guy wants to be on the South end of the lake.

5 minutes to Integris, Lowes, Walmart and several restaurants and bars.

Only development on Grand Lake that you get boat slip in the private marina and can build your own on your lot.

Man been out of pocket for a while. I will get the house info in Grand Lake Town tomorrow if still interested... Colony coves seem nice know a few people that have them there. Our main house is on the point like your going to Hammerhead marina turn right and were at the end there...

I know that I'm not known on here but I can vouch for the house, very nicely redone. In fact my wife and I looked at it three or for times last year but being a contractor in the new construction business I was served with bankruptcy filing of one of our largest customers a few days before our appointment to write an offer. That and just the general state of the economy it just wasn't the right time.

Hope it doesn't sell for a few more months....
