Dennis and Brad made multiple passes Saturday and Sunday. This is their best run of the weekend 177MPH. The boat has so much more in it only 5800 RPM in the traps and I know it'll go well over 7000 RPM.

I think there would be a different top gun, if they re geared and re propped to get the rpm in that 7000 range!!! Good job Dennis and Brad

Somthing I dont understand is if they can turn 7k why didnt they bring the boat set up to do it? There has to be a reason.

In a short answer, they came for more than one reason.
This is the same set up they use every single weekend, and this weekend was no different, they put fuel in it and ran the hell out of it all week long.
Im not sure there is single boat in the country that can cruise around the lake at 180MPH under 6000 RPM's.(Hats off to Brad)
Congrats to all the guys that ran well at the shootout, it was a blast to watch Greg Olson. One hell of a weekend, good times!
