The Chicago boat launches onto Lake Michigan will be open year-round this winter. As long as there is open water, you can pay a fee in the drop box and launch your boat.

What,,,, as they hitch a ride from a trailer that just pulled out of the canal,,,, then drove to lake michigan and relaunched?
