Traverse City West Bay and East Bay Fun Run week of July 4th 2013!

i will be watching to see how many boats will be out for a little run friday, also will be chatting with kevin for updates! if there is a nice group i will take the day off work and join the fun!

Not sure exactly on the run but it sounds like there will be a group (5+) heading over from Elk rapids to Power Island, departing Elk Rapids around 11.
Myself, Mick (41 velocity), Ross (25 checkmate), and a few others will be departing out of Traverse City to Power Island.
I was thinking sometime in the afternoon/evening we could all leave power island and go for a cruise together. Depending on where everyones final destination is can help dictate where we should run.
We could head up to the tip of old Mission and back to Traverse at the least, or cruise towards northport. Dr. Pete might stay the night Thursday and run with us Friday, and His destination is Charlevoix. So when we turn around at lets say northport, he can keep heading back. We can then cruise towards Elk Rapids sorta, where some of the group might split off there. Then back to Traverse City with the rest of the group.
Kinda hard to plan a run with boats coming from multiple starting points, but it can't hurt to try!
