Default Lake Michigan is liquid again

For those of you that thought just because Lake Michigan reached 96% frozen over and would never thaw take a look at this guy. He might be driving around chucks of ice but he's floating. Along with 9 other's I counted at the river launch in Milwaukee. Most of the harbor is still froze over.

It was more frozener this year than it has been in a long time. Supposedly it was like the second most frozenest it has been on record, or something smart sounding like that...

Will the ice affect how long it takes to "warm" up this year? I love the cold water for running the boat but I also like to swim every now and then in the summer!
