Sorry gang, I'm just now catching up with the world...
I would have LOVED to have ran in this boat in some big water. Gino , please correct me if I'm wrong but I I thought in wind-awept chop in the LakeX race, we were right at 100-101 and taking almost every turn at WFO with hardly a flick of the trim...
Actually, you didn't need a throttleman. You needed a bungee cord...

In St Clair this weekend we were the only Vee in our class all the other boat were Super Stock boats...they all run 110+ mph but they prop down to max out at 95 mph so they have great accecaration....so of course at the start they pulled away from us...but once we started to go to work on them in the turns and run alittle wild...we passed all but one and had 2nd till the last lap....we ran out of fuel....we have to run the boat so light to be able to run with these guys....we ended up 3 gallons short...but had to idle for a while when the freighter came threw....will get them in Long Island next month....that puts us tied for 1st place in the points championship with a Doug Wright Super Stock boat with 3 races left....

Were already working on the engine pack for next year...it will either be the 850's or 1075's, we figure with the 850's she should run in the 120's with no problem....and with the 1075's she may be able to reach the 140 mark.....

Boat looks great. Glad to see you guys stayed with it. I know you were getting ready to sell. Sounds like the boats really worked out well for you. Can't wait to see your decision on the new power/drives.
