Hey Jeff - To me it looks like the protective tape/covering.
Did Eric sell or trade it in??? Anyone?
Where does it say "no trailer"?

Protective tape...the engines and drives were being removed when the pic was taken...
Rigging prior to surgery...
A shot of the engine compartment through the transom hole of the #6...
