Insurance for boat with non stock motor

Seems that the max hp motor that most insurance companies will insure is the 425hp Mercruiser 496HO. Any of the Mercury racing motors 525EFI on up they will not insure the boat and a supercharged motor is a no no.

What insurance company(s) will insure a boat with a Mercury racing motor in it?

What insurance company(s) will insure a boat with a supercharged motor in it? Lets say a 496 with a procharger.

Try American National Property And Casualty out of Springfield MO. They will want all your policies. I have had an auto claim with no problems or increase. They should hav a local agent.
