Handfulz is right...............You just did the right thing by getting your credit report first. check out the newest things on there first. see if you can have them removed by paying the full amount. if not try to contact the original creditor and if they still see that there is a balance pay it off with no questions ask. that is good. Then go to you CR and look at the collection agency that reported you!!! You have a reasonable dispute at this point, debt has been paid!! the collection agency does not have a valid balance!!! Dispute it and it will be REMOVED

im looking at around or under 40k loan, in the next few weeks i would be able to put around 7-8k down if i needed too
