Not To Mention That Rates Literally Change Everyday. I Get My Updated Rate Sheet Every Morning Between 10:30 And 11 Am

Default Mortgage rate

That rate is a good rate considering the market is crazy and underwriting has tightened. I'm a mortgage broker. I'd be very suprised if someone could do better on a conventional loan. Stay away from any of those adjustable loans unless you know what you're getting into.

considering rates change EVERYDAY and sometimes more than once daily...unless your mortgage has been LOCKED there is no guarantee the rate you were quoted yesterday will be the same today. not to mention the actual PROGRAM in which the lender is using. if you are dealing with a BROKER you more suseptible to these things changing where as dealer with a DIRECT LENDER you chances are much more in your favor of things remaining the same unless the DIRECT LENDER your using is brokering out your mortgage
