Default Texas Costal Back Open for Quoting

Just wanted to let all the Texas boat owners know that quoting with the American Reliable program is now back open for coastal risks. Please contact me via phone or website to get a quote. Thanks all! Happy New Year!

I have done 2 requests through the website with no answer. If you cannot insure a boat, would you mind letting us know?

I think they only insure boats built in the last decade.

I just read the other thread on older boats. I now see that a 1982 running over 80 might be an issue.

We should all have that problem. I had to take the blower motor out of mine for insureance.

For some reason an NA that can reach into the 80's, is different than a blower motor that can go the same speed. Go figure.

Not sure if this is you... but it's the only one I found. I am looking at an email sent to you which means i did respond back to you. It was via email on 09/12/08 at 10:38PM.... Are you Matt B from TX?

Let me know.... I wrote you an email in regards to your quote request letting you know that I couldn't give you a quote until the coastal restriction was lifted.... now it is lifted (as of today)three months later. It took them that long for them to assess their total damages from the storms.

No. Not Markel.... We have an exclusive Lloyd's program. I posted a thread on the program awhile back... no max speed, no max HP, no max age... No limits.

What about cats?

I'll put in an app for my Magnum though and see if you can get something for it. Like I said earlier, I had to scale back the engine to be in compliance with my Boat U.S. I would rather just have a real policy.
