need second home loan

I'm looking at buying a small second home at the lake. Credit score over 800 and looking for the most painless way. Any ideas?

Go through one of the banks near the lake and get preapproved??? They should be able to tell you what is needed and what to expect.

I'm a licensed mortgage broker in Florida, and I work for a direct lender who has offices all over the country. I'll have to check with my managing broker to see if we can lend in Oklahoma in the morning. If we can, I'd love to take a shot at giving you the best deal possible.

If your mid FICO is over 800, and you are full doc, (meaning you're able to prove income and assets) then it should be a breeze, and your rate should be excellent.

Shoot me an email at FlaMortgageBroker@gmail with your contact info and I'll get in touch with you after I speak with my office in the morning.

Thanks,

Harry

What kind of down are the looking for percentage wise and what kind of rate are we looking at on 2nd homes? I'm going down to Lotto next week to look again. There are some decent bargains down there now. 800 Fico and full doc.
