How accurate is Progressives internet insurance quote?

I do not mean any offense by that statement but if the rates are the same online as they are direct with an agent (which they are), then I would take the "free" representation and advice of a trained insurance agent before looking to issue a policy out on my own, just to be safe.... Anyways, just my two cents

progressive through elton porter has been fantastic for me, never had a claim. I work in the auto industry and unlike some of the other companies i have never had a problem with a progressive rep yet.
