I don't know if it works for you but around here there are a couple of credit unions that seem to be the way to go. My friend just got one last summer, used Christian Financial Credit Unoin. He said they're super easy to deal with. I didn't ask to many details but I do know he only had to put down 10% and the boat was 80ish. Not sure on the length of the loan. You may be spending considerably more than that? If that's the case I'm not sure.

Got mine this past May through Key Bank. They were great to deal with. And they didn't require any amount down..
I put a good chunk down when I bought my boat but they went by what the value of the boat is.
