q. a taking, holding, hiding, repossession or sale by:
(1) anyone to whom was given the insured watercraft's care, custody, control, or use;

This cost me my first boat. State Farm refused to pay after the dealer that had it in for service sold several boats over the winter and took off with the cash. Georgia is a no-title state so it allowed him to pull it off. I lost my 29' Fountain and was out all the cash with ZERO help from the insurance company. Azzhats.

How could that not be theft? That is messed up. If it wasnt theft, then the boat should have been taken back from the purchaser, returned to you, then purchaser has a claim against the seller (thief).

It was theft. He eventually did some time. He was gone and never reported the purchaser. Insurer stated the clause above with the advice to pursue the dealer's insurance policy. Again, azzhats.

yes sir, I sure can! Call me when you are ready. Sorry for the delayed response, it's been a crazy two weeks here at the office and I haven't had a second to log on until now. Thanks for considering Wake Zone. Hope to chat with you soon!
