Stacy really did a great job getting us on board this year when we sold our Fastech and bought a Fountain. We have better coverage now, faster boat, AND we are paying the same amount. We also had a new trailer built and Stacy did a policy update, no worries if something happens we are covered.

I have spoken to Stacy several times over the past years and I can tell you that she is honest and will get you the right coverage to protect you. I have three policies with her (yes Rob, I'm a hoarder), and I sleep well knowing my sh!t is covered and protected correctly!

Get rid of All State as quick as you can. You probably don't have insurance as your boat is too fast or high powered for their terms. The agent lied on my application so they could sell me a policy. He had it stated I had 1 575 engine and 65mph top speed and i read my policy and found out I also had no coverage when towing. I questioned it and was told they have lots of guys with bass boats that go faster and got them covered. I explained to him it wasn't a bass boat and I needed it in writing. They wouldn't do it. Then I had paid for a year in full and they wouldn't refund my unused 4 months of the garbage policy because boat policies are non refundable.

Signed up with Stacy and ended up paying about $50 more a year for actual coverage that covered me. Thanks Stacy!

How could they not cover it while in tow? Even Progressive did that. I will study the policy. They asked for horsepower but not top speed.

when in tow it becomes a part of the tow vehicle, the tow vehicles insurance is on the hook .

Progressive covered my boat on my boat insurance when I got rear ended in traffic years ago. They did try to pull all kinds of underhanded BS but they covered the damage to my boat.

The Canadian policies I write cover the boat in the water or while being towed for any damage to the boat. If you are at fault while towing the boat the boat insurance covers the boat and the tow vehicle policy covers it self and any damage you do to a any other .persons property.

The insurance companies are always looking for a way not to have to pay out so be honest and deal with a person that knows what you have and how to provide the proper coverage for you.

Chris, I have no messages from you. I ALWAYS return my calls, provided I get the message. I am not sure why, but I am happy to call you tomorrow morning to discuss what I can do to assist. I'm very sorry you haven't been able to reach me. Please email me direct [email protected]. I will get your info and get it rated up or we can set up a time to chat.
