Default Selling My Boat

I'm selling my boat to a local buyer. However, the boat is still financed and the bank is out of state. I'm hoping someone else here has dealt with this situation and could give me some pointers on how to go about the transaction to assure the buyer and myself are both protected. Thanks.

Is the bank holding the title ? if so do a wire transfer to the bank for a payoff, they will lean release the title to you, then you sign it, hand or mail it to the new owner, it wont happen the same day, may take a week

It's not a problem. Call me and I can tell you how to handle it. Depends on a couple of factors and I don't feel like typing that much.
