Diverse Offerings - April Marine Finance Rates
Greetings OSO family,
It has been a while since I have posted our finance rates here in OSO....and we have some exciting news! Rates have begun to inch back down slightly.. Spring is finally here and with warmer temperatures its time to enjoy time on the water.
We have a new program with a few of our lenders offering "Stated" (*) income/assets on High Performance collateral with loan amounts under $150K and up to $200K on Non High Performance collateral. This new program is designed for those customers who are generally self-employed and don't claim everything, this will give the buyer more options without having to sacrifice rates, terms or down payments. Please take a look over the attached and if anyone has any questions, please give me a call direct at 470.248.2655. I am always available to help the OSO family and look forward to working with you.
* High performance loans cannot be older than 15 model years of age to qualify on our new "Stated" programs.
