New Engine for the 28' Joker
We are building a 555 ci engine. We are using a Gen 6 block, lined honed mains, bored and torqued plate honed to 4.560 bore, 68 lb light weight 4340 Eagle crank with 2.100 rod journals, 6.385 H beam Eagle rods, flat top Diamond pistons that are coated on the skirts, Compression ratio will be 9.5 to 1, we will deck the block so that the piston is at zero deck. We will use a set of cnc ported 320 cc aluminum heads, a Canton 10 qt power pan and Holley fuel injection with 50 lb per hour injectors, the engine will be tuned using a Mefi 4b ecu and wiring harness. As the project progresses we will post updates. We will also use our new 8 # flywheel. The rotating assembly will be internally balanced.

Looks like you will have a very strong engine. Naturally aspirated? How much power do you expect?
