Default Motor

Mike, the motor is, if you really like this stuff, heart stopping. It has all the right components to be reliable and I am using $1000 of extra gauges to moniter this thing. My plan is to spin it at 6200 WOT so I need to be careful to see just what is happening. A 509ci BBC in a light boat needs to turn up a little.

With the SCX drive, for my first time with good hp, I am somewhat confident that I can enjoy really using the rig without broken drives.
Time will tell. I will keep you posted and, by the way, thanks for working on Dustin to get an accurate build sheet. Best regards, Quent

My rig is coming along sloooooooow. Its taken 2 1/2 weeks to get the windshield and rails done. I don't know if the wind shield is finished yet. Lavey has done everything they can do but the outside vendors are just creeping. Minimum staff to keep the doors open.

So I just have to be patient. Is that a word? Quent

Been there buddy!

I fidgeted so bad I wore out a pair of jeans waiting for stuff to come.

Are you going with the thinned out rails?

Are you doing a full wrap-around windshield?
