A few flaws in that clip:

He looks to be running along Collins Ave yet the Ferrari has cruise ships in the background which is about 15 miles away from that section of Collins.

The outboards sound like a pair of big blocks

The Ferrari has no license plate

The police center console with a single is keeping up nicely with the quad outboard Midnight.

And I thought I was hearing things. Definitely BB's in the clip. And yes, I thought that Police boat was keeping up nicely.
Also, did I hear the Daytona shift 3 gears over the bridge?

Wow you guys are frikin film critics, thought some would enjoy the good old Miami Vice clips.

And of course it's not a ferrari it's a Ferrari daytona spyder replica kit car with a Corvette chassis.
