whats up guys, when out yesterday all day and the boat started to run rough and when i got home took the spark plugs out and water came out from the hole, i know that it sounds like i blow a head gasket even that i check the oil and the oil looks ok with no water,
well i was waiting for this moment to start messing with the engines.
what heads do you guys recommend for my twin 350 engines??
what i have now are just plain steel heads with press on studs for the rockers, any advice anyone??? i always felt that my boat is not running with the rest of the magnums out there, knowing that i have twin 350 with stainless marine exhaust and bravo ones out drives and 23p stainless steel props and on the best day my boat saw 62 mph. on the gps. so i am going to take this opportunity to beef up the engines to see if i can get just a few mph. i am also aware of my drives are just a bit lower that they should be, and thats on the agenda as well. i am looking for 2 inch shorties lower units.
if any one here have any ideas please let me hear,i want to go 70 mph if possible,i know is not that fast but for me it would be the fastest
thank you members, wait to hear from someone soon
