Mario,
I have a 1971 Donzi 18' 2+3 that I restored last year (I first bought it in 1973 and again last year), and I am presently restoring a 1973 Magnum 27 sport and a 1985 Aero 28. Gets in your blood, I guess. Bill

i currently have a 1969 donzi 18 2+3, and i just bought a 1973 25 magnum sportster to rebuild. we were talking about cutting it down and making it a center console with a 502 bravo 3 package. any thoughts on this idea from anyone?

25 Sport rebuild
We are in the process of re-doing a 25 sport, will be keeping the 350/ 300 ho Crusader and moving it to 400 HP. Don't want the extra weight.Magnum people have said the boat is a little out of balance with a 454.Also if you remove the deck you will loose you cross stabilization of the hull...I don't think it will work .Also the deck is only screwed down may not be bonded to the hull.
