Default 27 sport external steering

I have just bought a 1975 Magnum 27 sport with Bravo1 drives and Chevy 350 motors. I now need to fit new external steering system, dual Rams etc. Any advice or system offers please ?

Hi Aaron, thanks for the "heads up" nice steering but by the time a new kit is deliverd here to the UK with Freight ,tax and import it is a very high price. Anyone know of a complete S/H
full kit for sale please.

We offer several different brands of hydraulic steering and the Mayfair system seems to stand out in quality and price.

Check it out here http://www.cpperformance.com/detail.aspx?ID=9116

PM us your full shipping address and I will provide you with a full price shipped to your door.

Thanks,
Brad

I have installed a set of sea star hydraulic rams, with sea star brackets that connect directly to the bravo inner gimbal. The system is designed for bravo drives. The system works great and it wasnt to costly. I added a external tie bar and to me the best part is its out of sight and out of mind. if you like you can email me at [email protected] and i can get you some pic's of the set up. You also can get a idea of what it looks like, I have posted some photo's of my engine compartment under My Magnum

Default Magnum 27 steering

Hi thank you for your kind offer of the pictures but the drives have already been modified to take external steering. Fortunatly I have been offerd a new but reduced cost Latham head and pump plus two Mayfare rams so I think I may be on my way to getting a system now.
