who sells these?? its a 4 wire connector

Here is one place that sells them, also I have found used ones on ebay with prices all over the place.

bought the 4 wire 1 from db .. it has a female plug not a male plug like the original .. where dos the brown wire go...?? back to the black jumper wire???
