Looks sharp. Mine used to be a sport when I bought it. The deck had to much damage so I got a new starfire deck from Magnum. When I got the deck it was just one month old. That is why when you look at the pics of my dash there is not any holes for gauges in it yet. I will be a nervous wreck when I go to cutting on it. Keep us posted on your progress. What speeds were you seeing with 400 h.p.?

Seeing mid sixties with 400hp. Hoping for 80+ with 900. I see you kept the standard dash shape. I don't like the throttle position and plan to move mine when I re-do the dash. I've seen one with the throttle mounted on top of the gunnel - looked odd but is in a good position for the driver.

Sweet project!!

Did you re- gel the whole boat or paint. Kudo's to you for gellin it. Thats alota work!!

Update this thread with some pics as she finishes, love to see 'em.

around 625hp got me just under 80mph with my trs in my 27 Squadron, love to see what you get with that bravo setup!!!

I definately agree on that drive issue at 900hp.
I'm probably going to a Konrad drive, cause 600hp won't keep me happy much longer, and TRS's suck at this level.....................

Love your squadron, and yea I gelled the entire boat from top to bottom. I hope to see those kinds of numbers. I can't wait to get my boat back from the interior fabricator. I am having high back buckets put in it like what you have. will be different than any Magnum out there.

Did I mention the back end was cut off and extended three feet to accomodate the "3" 406 small blocks .
Boat still needs completion...like an engine hatch. The noise emitted for these three is deffening. You don't even want to be sitting in the back seat
