If this happened on Lake Minnetonka, MN. The boat would have been towed and impounded, along with the truck and trailer at the launch. The owner and/or operator of the boat would loose their rights to operate a craft for at least one year. Everyone on or near the boat would have been arrested, with a mandatory 72-hour hold at County, and only released after a psychiatric eval. A team of investigators would have been deployed and based on the video, they would have uncovered at least eight Felony counts of assault, and an untold number of public intoxication citations; 3 times, over one hour, they use the highest number.

I can say that I am INCREDIBLY glad that I was nowhere close to that cluster of boats at that time. It's videos like these that make me appreciate how laid back 95% of the performance boat crowd is......
