Re: post your ride
Should be able to get about 10 mph out of it just from airing it out.So I will be curious as how fast with one person and light fuel.I cruise at 70 at 4100rpm with half gas and 5 or so people and gear. That is the speed I run at most of the time.It is a great boat,Big and heavy and very stable in chop.Motors go to 6300 and I am turning 28 bravo 4 blades that were labbed from Mercury.I am looking at trying to find some 30 3 blade cleavers to try which will be a lot faster but the Bravo is a great all around prop.

Here are a couple of shots of my 1999 28 Skater.I had a pair of 2.5's by Diamond marine that were producing 340hp,I saw 120mph with more dialing in probably a couple of more mph.I went to Alabama Labor day, boated on the Tenn.river got some bad gas and blew my motors .I will be installing some 300sx motors this year.

Re: post your ride
They are manual,I cant remember the name, but I will be home next week and get them for you. They are made in Alabama I think? But I ordered them from Eagle One out of Panama City. They were cheaper than ordering direct.I talked to the maker of thre boat and he said that the hydraulic ones would be a waste for this boat.Find the sweet spot and set them and forget them.Believe it or not I made the tab myself. If you want any info on the tab just give me a call at 678-522-4873 and I can give you specifics on how I made it.

I broke a rocker stud at the end of last summer. I'm redoing my engine as well.
