new to the site, heard about it actually from a boat show vendor , performance section was pretty small.. the porsche design concept boat was real sweet, but 350k for a 28 footer.... was also a surprise to see and talk with Reggie Fountain on saturday.. I only got away from the drag cars this year and picked up a 20ft baja, and went to the show looking to step up into something a little more suited for my taste for speed but was dissapointed BAJA didnt have any boats at the show.. I am only looking to spend around 60k so i was looking to see a 23 Outlaw, but did see a 24 checkmate that caught my eye, but havent heard anything really about them.. if anyone can reccommend something in my price range let me know..

Welcome, yeah the annapolis show has definetly changed. Use to be a large showing of Performance boats. This was about 15 years ago.
The entire Chesapeake and Baltimore area has changed in types of boats. Back in the day........ there were a lot of performance dealers.
The NJ Atlantic City show in Feb has a very big showing of performance boats.
As far as what to buy under 60K. Your best bet is to check out some of the sites (this one) boattrader.com, boats.com and easiest to use and my favorite Yachtworld.com.
It is broker specific which means no personal ads. Brokers get 10% of sale price-usually.
Just go to advanced search and put in performance boat foot range and price range. Have Fun!!!!!!!!!!! and Welcome
