The ramp at Pirates Den is the Fairview Beach Yacht Club ramp. 25.00 to launch.

There are also some large pieces of concrete on the right side as you enter from the river to add to the beauty there.

My guess is old Chuck wants to cut down on ramp traffic because of the resaurant as well as make more than double what the ramps worth from the people that have to go way out their way to use another ramp. Even ta season pass is outragous

Been lauching there since early 90's, used to be 10.00. The fee keeps going up with no improvement to the crummy ramps. Live near Potomac Creek, but no public access other than Waugh Point, but it is so shallow my buddy can't get his 32' Maxum out at low tide.
