Gone.....Fairview Beach Trailer Park

Not sure if this is good or bad. I always liked the small town feeling of Fairview Beach..... thirty mobile homes to sixty $500,000 is definitlty a change. I know the campground is "the other side of the community" but still, I hate to see change..... Wonder if there will be future issues of noise and traffic at Tims II and the Fairview anchor spots.

I wonder if the new homes will have boat lifts?

I'd be all over one of those if I worked within an hour of there!

On a side note- I love having my RV and boat on the water. It is my only option unless they did some thing like these towns or $2M+ lands in the back of my truck on my way home one day. I'm selling my RV lot so maybe the value just went up? LOL! Selling to buy another one (more room/less deck/bigger gazebo); not to leave the RV Resort- can't beat the life for the price!

Can't hurt with all the sewage issues in the water at Fairview they have traced back to the old trailer park. Still a shame, things started going down hill when they removed the water slide.

I guess that means that the trailer park was on well and septic, I wouldnt think they would build $500,000.00 town homes on well and septic. I wonder what, if anything they will require Tim to do with the restaurant?
