Not everyone..... Only the people that dont want to go to the doctor to get their back checked out from flopping around in the boat as it bounces along the river. If you really wanted to go fast in a V you would have one too! Some day you will get tired of looking at the back of other V's and step up.

I was wondering that too. According to the charts it looks to be 35-40 miles. I'm going to have my wife and friend's GF in my boat so I'm probably going to be confined to the river.

There is a parking lot as you are going up the hill into Laplata that is usually empty. Right before the old firehouse.

Thanks Dave...I had forgot about that one. Ok whos over on the Pax. that can give us a trash report. All that flooding in Upper Marlboro is going right down to the Paxtuxent. Really looking forward to the run, and I know the Pax isnt as bad as the Potomac, but really not trying to tear anything up either.
