Default Live music at Hart Miller?

I've heard some talk of a few guys trying to organize an event at Hart Miller next spring involving a couple live bands playing on a barge. Has anyone else in the Chesapeake area heard anything along these lines?

Yea, I heard about that guy from my buddy at work who was out there. I'm not big on crazy drunken a'holes but if live bands came back I think the wife and I would grab a cooler full of Coors light and make an appearance

Sounds like a plan! Hey George! Pass me a Blue Moon! ;-) haha biggest thing I can't stand is the disrespect for people's property. My boat interior isn't new but I'd be damned if I let some goobers climb all over my stuff. They did it to my brothers boat at aquapalooza year before last. Now we just dock up to close friends and people we really know. Also welcome to the site. I see your new!

That's how I figured it out! Haha too funny! Dad said you were asking about it. Well here's the build thread. http://www.offshoreonly.com/forums/c...storation.html
Unfortunately most of my finishing funds went to get the t-56 ready for the track in my cobra. And all the other crap I had to do on top! But hello 630rwhp. Any how I'll have to ask around about the live music for Hart Miller Isle. I'm sure something will come up soon! And I will be ready next year! ;-)

I know the guy that's trying to get it together. He's keeping it kinda hush so people don't get too excited and it doesn't happen. He's been talking with the dnr about the permit and trying to get sponsors together for it. All total it's going to cost around $15,000. The event will be free and he had mentioned maybe selling some t-shirts and donating all the proceeds from the event shirt sales to a local charity. That's where it's at so far
